Ever increasing population and limited number of work opportunities accompanied with comparatively easier access of education for all is creating white collar unemployment.

Unskilled & educated the biggest dilemma of modern education

The real cause of worrying is that most of the job applicants are unskilled who are largely depending on non-technical qualifications for securing a decent job for themselves in the highly volatile job market which is full of instability and work pressure to accomplish highly unrealistic targets which are Intentionally set to compel the workers to perform or to leave their jobs which simply means either perform or perish.

The employers are smart enough to shed their responsibilities by taking the advantage of weak laws and policies which are not clear in terms of providing at least some kind of job guarantee to the workers.

Imagine a young employee who is newly married and trying to settle down with his or her family being suddenly notified of loosing employment.
